You may not sign-up multiple times with different email addresses. Your computer IP must not be shared with another computer You must use your own real information when filling out information on offers and on registering with us. There is zero-tolerance for using false phone numbers, false addresses, false names, etc. Cookies MUST be enabled, make sure they are not blocked. Fraudulent users are NOT welcome here. Give Me Free Stuff relies on the honesty of all parties in order to remain an asset to all users. In order to ensure this honesty, to the best of our ability, we closely monitor our site for fraud and abuse. This means that if you engage in fraudulent activity, as determined solely by us, your account will be CLOSED and any points you have earned will be forfeit.
The term free is used throughout this site. Free on this website refers to a users ability to earn gift vouchers of their choice without having to pay for them with their own money. By supplying opinions to advertisers, or in some cases, accepting trial offers of products, points can be earned to turn in to get the free gift vouchers. Gift vouchers are only available by converting points over to the approximate value, which is then used for a gift voucher which is sent to the user. Redeemed points are deducted from the account upon distribution of the gift voucher.
This website and its points system may be canceled, deleted, or sold at any time without prior permission from or notice to users at the discretion of the owners. There is no guarantee of continued existence, or the continued offering of the ability to earn points to turn in for gift vouchers.

Limitation of Liability

Give Me Free Stuff will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or our program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, we aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement. The surveys and offers presented here are the result of a third party. This website has no affiliation with any of the advertisers or offers, and is merely an advertising conduit for third parties. All content, text, products, and services are offered and created by third parties, and none of the opinions or products are endorsed by this website. Users are responsible for thier own computer and security when on the internet, and are advised to always have a high quality antivirus program installed. Users of this site will be exposed to third party links which go to external websites. We do not control the content on these sites, and cannot guarantee its safety. We never intentionally link to any websites known to host malware or trojans, but security can be breached at any site without warning and malicious software installed which is designed to infect users computers and possibly steal personal information. Users of this site agree to hold this website and its owners harmless and indemnify them from any incidental or consequential damages which may occur through visiting a third party hyperlink.

Spam

Spamming is a crime. Any member caught spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose all past, present and future earnings. Your account with this website is a priveledge, not a right. The owners of this website reserve the right to terminate accounts found to be in violation of our terms of service without warning.

"Personally identifying information" is information that individually identifies you, such as your name, physical address , IP adress or email address.

Data collection

Give Me Free Stuff collects limited non-personally identifying information your browser makes available whenever you visit a website. This log information includes your Internet Protocol address. We use this information to operate this website and to provide services to registered accounts. Cookies Upon your first visit to, a cookie is sent to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser. A "cookie" is a small file containing a string of characters that is sent to your computer when you visit a website. Most browsers are initially set up to accept cookies. You can reset your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, our features or services may not function properly without cookies.

Fraud

Using fraudulent information to complete offers and/or completing offers with fraudulent intent will result in the member's account being deleted without notice and in a relinquishment of all points in the account. Fraud includes, but is not limited to, the following: using stolen credit cards to complete offers; using false information to complete offers; using information that is not one's own to complete offers; using prepaid gift and/or credit cards to complete offers; completing the same offer multiple times; canceling offers and/or trials prior to receipt of product and/or service. We fully cooperate with law enforcement, and will forward any and all information we discover if fraudulent behavior is detected or reported to us by third parties. Your IP address is being recorded when you access this website.

Payment

Direct payments for vouchers (via paypal) are only good for the actual cash value paid. No error in transmission, nor miscredit of points (either too much or too little) will affect this cash value. For example, if you have 100 points (which equates to a $10.00 voucher), and you pay another $15 on Paypal to get a $25.00 gift card, the $15 paid is always worth $15.00 no matter what the points credited say for that payment. Points credited in error due to direct purchase are only worth the actual dollar amount paid, not the site translation or account balance due to error. Such errors will be fixed directly when we are notified. Users will not be paid out any vouchers due to errors.. While errors are rare, they do happen on occasion. Please inform us at vouchers@give-me-free-stuff.com and we will investigate and fix the issue. Straight gift card purchases (no points earned, payment through paypal) are not available due to costs from the payment processor. Users must have an account balance of at least 25 points from surveys to use the purchase option, which would buy additional points to redeem a voucher. This site is run as a free voucher site, not a retailer of gift cards. Gift cards/gift vouchers earned through surveys, or a combination of survey/payment are sent at the end of the month. If the threshold is hit in one month, then we will pay out at the end of the following month. Give Me Free Stuff does not pay out in the following circumstances: to members with incomplete or inaccurate account information, members who used fraudulent means to obtain points, members who violate our terms of service. In some cases payments may require additional time than above-indicated to be processed. Thus, offers completed during a prior month may not always be confirmed/paid-out the following month, as there are sometimes delays in receiving commissions on, and, by participating on this site, users understand and acknowledge that no payment shall be made until has received payment from its advertisers. Additionally, this site reserves the right to substitute an equal value gift voucher to another store should there be difficulty in obtaining your choice of voucher. While we strive to obtain a voucher which is your first choice, at times this is not always possible and we will attempt to work with you to select another viable alternative. In order to get a gift voucher payment, you must have at least the minimum threshold amount for payment. No cash refunds are made on point balances, and no voucher payments will be made on balances below the threshold amount. Accounts which have no points activity for at least 6 months will be assumed to be abandoned and all points will be forfeited and reset to 0. Gift voucher payments will only be paid on point balances in a SINGLE account (one account per email address). There are no combining account point totals together with other accounts.
